The prices in the table below are from or to Manhattan.
For all other trips, enter your pickup, destination and vehicle class in the booking form to see your quote immediately, fully itemized and with no charges added later. Whether a trip is priced to the destination or by the hour, you know what you will pay before you travel.
A worked example — JFK to Manhattan in a business sedan. Every airport flat rate on this page is built the same way.
That is the entire list. The flat rate is the fare, tolls are the only thing added to it, and nothing below ever appears on your bill.
Surge pricing is when a fare jumps with demand — rush hour, bad weather — after you have already committed to the trip. We never do it. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, with no fuel surcharge added either.
Get a priceIf your trip falls during a seasonal period, the seasonal price is what you are quoted. It is shown in your price before you book, with nothing added afterward.
New York City congestion charges are not passed on to customers. We absorb them.
Cancellations, no-shows and what happens with a delayed or cancelled flight are set out in full on the cancellation page.
Cancellation policyWeddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings get a custom quote — tell us the date, vehicles and hours and we price it before you book. A 30% deposit is due at booking, with the balance paid when the trip is completed. Long-distance and out-of-metro trips are quoted the same way, through the booking form — put in your pickup and destination and the price comes back before you book.
