8. Cookies and this website

—. Analytics: —. Advertising or remarketing pixels: —. The booking widget sets its own cookies under Limo Anywhere's policy, which is outside this one — a gap flagged on the booking page and in the accessibility statement.

9. Children

This service is booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children, though a booking may name a child traveling. A child's name and seat requirement is held as part of the trip record and retained on the same basis as the rest of it.

10. Changes

Changes are published here with a new effective date. Version —. Material changes affecting how existing data is used will be notified rather than quietly posted.

Common questions

Does my employer see where I went?

On a corporate account, yes — the invoice carries trip-level detail including route, date and cost code, because that is what the account is for. If a trip is personal, book it personally. This is worth knowing before you book, not after.

Do you sell my data?

No. Trip data is not sold and not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where a home address, a travel schedule and a hospital destination sit in the same record, selling it would be indefensible regardless of what a policy permitted.

Are calls to dispatch recorded?

—, retained —. Where recording is in use you will be told at the start of the call rather than in a policy page you did not read.

Does the chauffeur keep my address?

—. A chauffeur is shown the trips assigned to them and does not have access to the customer database or to your booking history.

What about the third-party checkout?

Data entered at checkout goes to Limo Anywhere, on their own domain and under their privacy policy as well as this one. Having the most sensitive step of the booking governed by someone else's policy is a known issue, not an arrangement we are content with — see book.
