Book online, by phone or by text. All three reach the same dispatch. This page sets out what we need, how much notice each kind of trip takes, and what happens once a booking is made.
(646) 222-4444 — call or text. Dispatch 24/7.
Confirmation immediately by email and text. Notice needed: 15 minutes for an airport pickup, 15 minutes within New York City, 1 hour elsewhere.
These are the points at which we can reliably say yes, not hard cut-offs. Shorter notice is worth a phone call — (646) 222-4444 — because the answer depends on where a car happens to be, and a form cannot tell you that.
What it costs to cancel and when. The windows differ by vehicle class, and a Sprinter van is not a sedan. No-show is defined rather than left to judgment.
Read it →How free wait is measured, what happens on a delayed or diverted flight, and when overrun starts being billed at the hourly rate for your vehicle class.
Read it →These are the ones specific to making a booking; the answers that apply to every trip — payment methods, gratuity, child seats, pets — are in the FAQ.
No. A card is required to make a booking. No hold is placed on the card at booking, and it is charged at the end of the trip once the final amount is known.
Yes, and most airport bookings are. Give us the traveler's mobile rather than yours, or the chauffeur texts the wrong person on arrival. Assistants booking regularly are better served by an account.
The quote is built from a flat rate for airport transportation and set destinations, or an hourly rate when the car is at your disposal and holds unless the trip changes. What sits outside it is listed rather than buried: tolls are not included in the fare and are itemized in your quote, gratuity is not included and is entirely at your discretion, parking on a meet and greet at cost, extra stops quoted before the trip, waiting beyond the free allowance at the hourly rate for your vehicle class. An hourly booking includes stops at no additional charge.
Delays are automatic — we track the flight. A change of flight number, date or airport is a change we need told: (646) 222-4444. See the wait time policy for diversions (we rebook against the new flight and quote any difference before the car moves) and the cancellation policy for a canceled flight (not charged; dispatch will contact you to reschedule, and if not, the booking is cancelled).
Yes. Both legs are booked together, each with its own pickup time.
