Sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans

The fleet

Five vehicle classes: luxury SUVs, business SUVs, luxury sedans, business sedans and Sprinter vans. Choose the class that fits your passengers and your luggage.

How booking works Rates
Dispatch 24/7 Notice — 15 min in the city, 1 hour elsewhere

Count your large cases first, then your passengers. On airport trips luggage space is more often the constraint than seats, and a booking asks for both numbers separately.

First choose the size. A sedan carries up to 3 passengers, an SUV up to 6 passengers, and a Sprinter van larger groups; luggage capacity for each class is in the table below.

Then choose the tier. The luxury tier is a higher-specification vehicle with a more refined interior. The standard tier carries the same passengers and the same luggage at a lower hourly rate.

The five classes

Size first, then tier
SUV Luxury tier

Luxury SUV

$155 an hour
Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator
6 passengers 4 large cases

The luxury SUV class is the Cadillac Escalade, with a Lincoln Navigator on some dates. It seats up to 6 passengers and takes 4 large cases — the same capacity as the business SUV. The two share a platform, a third row and a load bay, so the premium is for the vehicle and its interior: $155 an hour compared with $125.

SUV Standard tier

Business SUV

$125 an hour
Chevrolet Suburban
6 passengers 4 large cases

The business SUV class is the Chevrolet Suburban. It seats up to 6 passengers: one in front, two in second-row captain’s chairs and three on the third-row bench. With the third row up it takes 4 large cases; with the third row folded it seats up to 3 passengers and takes up to 7 large cases.

Sedan Luxury tier

Luxury sedan

$190 an hour
Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series
3 passengers 2 large cases or 3 bags

The luxury sedan class is the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the BMW 7 Series. It seats 3 passengers and takes 2 large cases or 3 bags — the same as the business sedan — at $190 an hour against $100. The premium is for rear legroom, cabin quiet and vehicle specification.

Sedan Standard tier

Business sedan

$100 an hour
BMW 5 Series, Cadillac XT5 and XT6
3 passengers 2 large cases or 3 bags

Business sedan is the BMW 5 Series and the Cadillac XT5 and XT6 crossovers. All three seat 3 passengers and take 2 large cases or 3 bags, and all three are booked as one class at $100 an hour whether you get the sedan or a crossover. This is the standard booking for up to 3 passengers with ordinary luggage; flat rates are quoted by class on the rates page.

Van One tier

Sprinter van

$200 an hour
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
11 to 14 passengers 6 to 10 large cases

The van class is the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It seats 11 to 14 passengers and takes 6 to 10 large cases at $200 an hour. The luggage area sits behind the last row of seats, so luggage does not reduce the passenger capacity. Sprinter bookings need up to 3 hours of notice, and cancellation terms are stricter than for sedan and SUV bookings.

Services we do not offer

Not in the fleet
No stretch limousines, party buses or motor coaches
For larger groups

For groups too large for one Sprinter van we provide multiple vehicles rather than a coach. If a motor coach is genuinely the better fit, we will recommend a specialist operator.

The same in every class

Whichever vehicle you book
Amenities

Bottled water and phone charging in every vehicle.

Child seats

A booster is $10 a seat, a full seat $30. They fit any class — ask when you book.

Pets

Welcome when declared at booking, in a secure carrier or on the floor with suitable protection. Animals over 25 pounds travel in an SUV or Sprinter van, no more than two per reservation, and a cleaning fee may apply.

Service animals

Welcome in every class, without notice or restriction.

Choosing a vehicle

How do I know which class I need?

A booking asks for the number of passengers and the number of large cases separately. Those two numbers determine the vehicle size. Choosing business or luxury is a separate decision and does not change the passenger or luggage capacity.

What does the luxury tier include?

Ride quality, interior specification and the vehicle itself. Passenger and luggage capacity is the same as the business vehicle of the same size. The premium is $90 an hour on sedans and $30 an hour on SUVs.

What if the class I booked is not available?

If the business sedan you booked is unavailable and a luxury sedan is available, we provide the luxury sedan at the business sedan price. The same applies to the two SUV classes. You will never pay more than the class you booked.

Do you guarantee a specific make and model?

Each class lists the makes and models used in it, and your vehicle will be one of those listed. We do not guarantee a specific make or model for a given booking; availability decides that. If a particular vehicle matters for your trip, tell us when you book and we will confirm what is assigned.

Why is a crossover listed as a business sedan?

The Cadillac XT5 and XT6 are booked and priced as business sedans. They seat 3 passengers, like the BMW 5 Series, but they are not business SUVs: no third row, and considerably less luggage space. For 6 passengers or 4 large cases, choose an SUV.

Six passengers with suitcases — can we use one SUV?

No. An SUV’s third row sits where the boot is, so with all three rows in use the luggage space is small. For six passengers with luggage, choose a Sprinter van or book two vehicles.

Can you seat seven passengers?

Yes. Either SUV class can be configured with a second-row bench instead of the two captain’s chairs, seating 7 passengers. This leaves less room for luggage and must be arranged in advance.

Can I travel with a folding wheelchair or a service animal?

A folding manual wheelchair travels in any class at no additional charge, and the chauffeur will stow it. Service animals travel in any class without advance notice or charge.
